After a few weeks i deleted online access from all three accounts in Quicken. I was able to authorize successfully on the web, at last! Anyone having issues again with downloading from PNC Bank? It says it connects and there's nothing to download but I know that is wrong. Following this I went through setup to restart Direct Connect with PNC; I was a bit surprised that the login was my SS# and the password was my regular banking PIN. After a recent Quicken update, I lost connections to PNC. When I try to add an online service, I am asked to authorize Quicken, and I'm sent to what USUALLY is the bank login page. In the search box, enter “PNC” and select “PNC Bank – Direct Connect” Add credentials when prompted (social security number and a PIN that the PNC Bank provided when initially online access was established). Virtual Wallet (checking, savings) accounts, make sure to use the PNC - Virtual Wallet connection option. (This option requires the use of a unique, different login than the online account login. There is a new login screen for PNC online banking that works fine. For Direct Connect use the PNC Bank - Direct Connect option.
